Standard Media Partners

All event media personnel must wear a league-issued media credential while on site.

Media credentials must be readily available and presented if asked to be shown by event staff.

Media credentials are for the one person it is issued to and may not be transferred to any other individuals.

If a pass is lost, new credentials can be provided at the registration tent for a fee. 

Media credentials are valid for the entire season.

Please be sure to use appropriate media etiquette when on field. This included staying outside of the sidelines, not blocking the view of event referee staff or live stream cameras. No obvious camera movements or anything that might give away a player's position. 

Be respectful of other event media that may be filming, talking on the sideline should be kept to a minimum during gameplay. 

Media credentials may be revoked at the league and/or field owners discretion. No refunds will be issued, no reason will be provided. Please conduct yourself professionally during the event.

Premier media credentials

All of the above terms and conditions apply. Premier media credentials will be issued to photographers and videographers who agree to make available their event photographs/videos to the league for promotional use. 

The pass will be issued for the entirety of the season. 

All premier media partners will be required to provide photos and video to the league for use. This can be done via sharing through Google Drive, Dropbox, and SmugMug. Online website credentials, or providing the league with a physical drive which can be returned at a later date.

The league will use this media specifically for promotional content and will not sell or give away any of the content provided. 

The league may post reels, videos, photos, and other graphics using the provided content and may tag league sponsors, vendors, or event participants as they deem necessary. The league will do our best to tag and offer credit to the original photographer and/or videographer for each piece on content used. 

If a media partner fails to upload and provide access to their event media within a reasonable period of time post event, then their premier status may be revoked and they will be required to pay the standard media fee.

If a premier media partner has any issues of conflicts with the use of their media please contact the league at info@roadtopropaintball.com or speak with event management onsite or through other means. 

All terms and conditions may change at the discretion of the league without notice given.
